InMobi Creative Gallery Website

Being pioneers of mobile rich media since 2011, InMobi has thousands of ad creatives in it’s portfolio, and until recently there wasn’t an easy or central way for people outside of the Creative Services team to access these examples. With over 20 sales directors approaching me for creative examples each week, I wanted to develop an online repository to empower our sales team with full access to our entire body of work. I also wanted to show off our work to the world, and specifically our partners and clients. In 2021 I worked with our web development team to create the InMobi Creative Gallery website.

For the site design, I applied the creative services visual identity I’d developed for my sales enablement material. I also designed the UX/UI, using my experience with sales RFPs to determine the information and features our sales directors and clients would want to see. To add a sense of excitement to the site I incorporated a gradually shifting RGB gradient into header, inspired by the colored lighting from computer gaming culture.

After launch of the site, the ability for our sales people to search for relevant creative examples for their clients increased overall team awareness of creative capabilities, and freed up bandwidth for the global creative services teams, leading to increased productivity and faster response times.

The Search/Results Page

Upon clicking the Gallery link, the users are brought to main Gallery search and search results page. By default it shows all work, unfiltered, sorted by most recent entries. Users may enter a query in the search bar to display more specific results, or use any of the filter menus below to narrow the results. Users may filter by brand, countries, formats, functionalities, and verticals. For internal InMobi use, there is a “Show Pre-sales Mocks” toggle which shares concepts used in RFPs or pitches.

The Details Page

After clicking the thumbnail for a gallery item, the details page appears. On the left is a video or image gallery showing the user experience, with a written summary on the right along with pertinent links such as download, preview, and the internal Salesforce ticket.
